Steps for registering on the Doctor Anywhere app
For new users
Login on MyHealth portal here.
Select ‘Video Consultation’ and follow the prompts.
Sign up with your email address and policy number as per your insurance documents.
Download the Doctor Anywhere app, login with the credentials you just signed up with.
For those who are existing users
Link your Allianz account to your existing DA account Please email your name, email address, ID/Passport, and policy number to: allianzsupport@doctoranywhere.com After you have received confirmation that your account has been updated, launch the DA app, and login with your email address.
To verify if your account has been linked, please scroll down to the Membership tab and ensure that Allianz is reflected in your Membership details.
Suitable Conditions for Video Consultation
Many common illnesses and chronic conditions can be effectively treated through a video consultation, such as the following:

* For other unspecified symptoms, the doctor will diagnose based on the medical history, current symptoms, and any other relevant documents that can be disclosed, to assess suitability before undergoing treatment through video call.
